My mum who is a pensioner needed a new convection microwave, the old Sharp unit of 15 years was beyond repair. As she is in Centurion and I in Durban I used the www but had previous bought my Sharp from Dionwired and was pleasantly surprised by the level of service. Mom went over and bought hers from the Centurion store for R3K, however she mentioned that there was only a 1 year guarantee, I was flustered as the Sharp all carry a 2 year, plus my folks had extended the guarantee for an additional 2 years. Expecting to jump through hoops and face bureaucracy I jotted a mail to Mark Perumal. I was blown away by the fast reply within the hour, he confirmed the two year guarantee plus offered a R100 back to my mum for her time and inconvenience.
