On 27th January 2011 I bought a Kelvinator 30litre mirror finish microwave from Best home and electric on cash. On 29 december 2012 it stoped working, I went to the shop on 3rd of January because of the holidays to tell them about my problem and was told the people who work with damaged goods will be available on 15th of January 2013 and that I should bring it on that day, which I did. I was told that because a year has passed and I bough it on cash I dont have guarantee I will have to pay R500.00 for repair which I did but I didnt understand why cash customers are discriminated agaist a guarantee of a product, while instalment customers receive two years of guarantee. When I bought it nobody explained that to me. On friday 8th February I was called to collect it. I took it home but the following day 9thFebruary I turn it on and it is not working. Im even afraid to take it back again because I'll be told to pay again and I do not have the money to pay again.
