I was at Game southgate mall looking for arm straps, I walked in to the sports isle as there was nobody to assist, I requested assistance from the staff as they refused to assist as they were telling me it is not their responsibility to assist me in terms of sports because Johannes is the one responsible and he was nowhere to be found as it wasn't in the store during work time. The supervisor without a name tag was very arrogant when I state my case she turned away while I was speaking to her. Kindly assist hello peter as such service is killing businesses
