On Sunday 27 January 2013 i phoned game Mafikeng at 11h45 to speak to someone in the sports department to inquire if they had tennis. After waiting for about 10 minutes for someone to pick up the phone in the sports department i hung up and called again where the receptionist took my mobile number and assured me that she will get someone to call me. after waiting till 12h30 with no one calling me i decided to drive to game. when i got to game i found 15 tins of tennis whereas i wanted 30 so i waited for someone to assist me to check in the warehouse if they had more. the person went to supposedly check because after waiting for him for 20 minutes i left. i am sure he must have thought it was a good opportunity for him to take a break. Why does a big company as game with American investment do not have the stock on computer, how do they keep track of their stock. and another thing how do they choose their employees and how are they trained. this is not the first time i have received bad service from game i have in the past complained to your regional office in the Free State as well. it seems they are working because its a job but they have no pride. give us service pls
