Went to sell some of my stuff to Cash Crusaders in Greyville on the same premises as Game and they were so rude and treated me like I was trash off the street. The offers that they made on my products were a joke and could not take them seriously. I was actually selling them back something I had bought a few months back which they charged me about R700 for (Digital Voltage meter) and they wanted to give me about R40 for it.
They then proceeded to drop my PC TV converter which i bought for about R1500 on the floor and said that they will pay me R50 for it. What a joke. The manager has no idea of how to deal with customers at all and is very young. So, now I dont know if they have broken my equipment or not and will have to test it eventually.
DO NOT EVER GO TO ANY CASH CRUSADERS SHOPS AND DEAL WITH THEM. THEY ARE RUDE AND HAVE NO IDEA ON HOW TO DEAL WITH CUSTOMERS OR HOW TO OFFER A FAIR PRICE.
NO BUSINESS ETHICS, RATHER ADVERTISE YOUR STUFF ON [URL Removed] AT LEAST YOU WILL GET YOUR MONEYS WORTH.
WHAT A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE...!!! WILL NEVER GO BACK TO ANY CASH CRUSADERS AGAIN.
