I went today to buy shoes. I had a very bad customer experience from him and Tlale. They had no sense of ugerncy. They did not greet, Tlale dragged her feet and looked like she would rather be some place but not at work. Thapelo's system was not working, he gave Tlale my shoes to process. But did not have the audacity to tell me that someone else will take over but went on to call another customer. I stood there like an! To make matters worse Thapelo's attitude stinks for a lack of a better word. He does not say mutch but his body language says a lot about him. Basically what I am trying to say is I was not asking for much, I don't care for their greetings and smile but at least they should not act. If they don't want to serve customers then they should not stand in front of a till. I wonder how many customers have gone thru this without complaining, Thapelo strikes me as a big bodied bully with issues (tried not get obscene here). He must deal with them and let the rest of us enjoy our shopping! I don't. Currently don't have issues with your brand but those two can get quite personal with people they don't know much about... What a pity!!!
