Themba, small appliances, actually followed up and called me when an out of stock item came into stock. He had a book in which my name and number was written in October last year. I have been to the store in the mean time and just touched based with him, but when the stock came in now in May I received my call saying it was there... This I think is AMAZING SERVICE!!! Specially today where there is no accountability in industries filled with call centers!!! Thanks once again Themba!!!
