I was first told that they staff at Bayside didn't know what I was talking about when I queried about my fashion vouchers I didn't get with opening my new account, then I was told I must go get from Canal Walk because Bayside Jet didn't have any in stock, then I was told that I would be getting them via post. I have emailed Jet 3 times already as well as Edcon, the first email being dated 20/05/2013, and I am yet to get an answer from Jet or Edcon.
I would like a confirmed answer as to when and how I will be receiving my vouchers which is advertised.
