I logged a complaint a few months ago regarding the facility on the internet to view accounts... To date I still have not received a call back which I was so promptly promised on this web site.

I have been trying for the last week to log into my profile and I keep on getting the error message that the log in failed due to the fact that my account might be too new. I have had my account for more than a year now. When I tried the option of forgetting my password I am told that the information supplied does not match up.

Oh my word!!! How can you not have my email address if I am inundated with emails from your company almost every day?

But you know what, it is really okay... I get the picture... I will close my account!!! Edgars and Truworths seem like better options
