I opened my account with Foschini almost a year ago. And I am really dreading the decision.
I went on the website to register for on line services. Firstly the website is sooooo unfriendly to navigate on. I finally got to a page where I can register and then had to wait for a mail to confirm registration I was told it will be a short while. I was not aware that their short while is 6 hours later...
I finally managed to log in and I was not able to update my surname that the company misspelled so horribly...
I contacted the call centre and went through the options to speak to a operator where I was asked to rate the call afterwards. I WAS NOT ABLE TO AND WAS TOLD BY THE CONSULTANT I MUST END THE CALL... Why do you have this service available if it is not accessible???
I wanted my statements emailed to me and was told that the company does not have this facility available. Oh my word are you still stuck in 1979???
I also asked to change my surname as I also got married a short while ago. I need to FAX my marriage certificate... If the company has a email option available (which I asked the consultant) why is that not your preferred method of communication???
