Tap in my house broke, 4 months ago, could not find the receipt but called the representative from ISCA called Eason, he immediately confirmed that he would be in the area within a couple of days and as promised came to my house, explained that he would need to order an new part and would fit the unit on their expense (wow, that is excellent service). Three days ago the unit started to leak and once again, called Eason and was here the next day and sorted the problem out. Thank you very much for the incredible service and prompt service, will definitely advise to use ISCA products as you would be assured of the after sales service!!!
