I wanted to return a dress I bought a while ago but have misplaced my slip. The tag is still on the garment. Spoke to the teller and she said she would only be able to give me a voucher as I do not have a slip, which I was very happy with accepting. I told her I will rather exchange it for something else right away so she doesnt need to use a voucher. When I returned with the new clothes I picked out another teller assisted me and said that the item is now on sale and she will only refund me R60, she then called the manager
I asked the manager how can she only refund me R60 when I have paid full price for the item.
When I bought the item it was not on sale.
