I would never ever go back to Perfect 10. They claim to be good at beauty care but is so far of the mark that it shocking. I went to Nomsa at Perfect 10 at Highveld mall on Friday the 8/02/2012. I went in to have my eyebrows and upper-lip done.
To my horror when my treatment was done the end of my one eyebrow was taken of more than the other and there was still hair present where it should have been removed. When I confronted her she said that's always how she does does it and it looked fine to her. I was in no mood to argue so I just left unsatisfied and having to fill in the space she left, where my eyebrow used to be.
the next day I came up with an allergic dermatitis in the waxed area as well as scabs as she had pinched me with the tweezers.
worst service I ever received, especially at the ridiculously high prices they charge.
