I'm sick and tired of complaining to the manager at the Southgate and to African bank. I've made about 30 phn calls to African bank spoke to 30 diff consultants all promising me that my account will be sorted. I bought a Onyx lounge suite in November the thing started sagging. I eventually got it exchanged for a better suite that i paid cash for. The warehouse collected the suit 3 months ago. Contacted the branch they said they waiting for a credit note to be passed. After more calls to the bank and the branch doing their work the notes are not passed I'm paying for couches that i don't have. In the meantime i get sms messages reminding me to pay. I need my deposit of R1500.00 and 3 months installments back a.s.a.p. Debit order due 20/05 is not going through I'm sending the debit order back. I need that account to be cancelled.
They need to change their logo. The saying beares really cares is a lie.
