Quality of food product

I Purchased two products from your Hout Bay store during May 2013 and in both instances found that they were tasteless. The products were - 'Slimmers Choice Low fat and Kilojoule controlled Chicken and Broccoli Bake 350gms' and 'Cooked chipolata sausages'
I have always found your food products to be very good but these two products in my opinion were not up to your usual standard
