I bought a Kenwood Triblade from Dion Wired a few weeks ago. The inner workings on the machine broke. When I took it back to Hyde Park, they helped me quickly, with a smile, no questions asked. Neo realised they didn't have a replacement machine, phoned around the find one, organised the payback, and I collected it another branch (Nicolway) within half an hour. Many thanks. I will be back (and in fact bought some stuff I wasn't planning to while I was there anyway!)
