I'm so disgusted by the service, had to wait on the queue for 1hour 30minutes and still had no groceries. I'm unhappy with the pathetic service. while waiting i decided to grad a pack of sweets for a snack... had a crisis to attend to so i decide to pay the pack of sweet at the kiosk/cigarette counter only to be treated like a piece of trash... Seems as though Nokuthula was waiting for me to take out her frustrations. She tells me that i have to go to the queue to pay that pack of sweets... or else see how to get rid of it but she won't let me pay... I ask for the manager then she says i must go find the Manager myself...!!! while the staff is strolling around.. more than 20 till points but less than 15 open for paying. had to get a security guard to pay the pack of sweets for me... If this is what we call customer service and experience then we have a long way to go.!!! :-%
