I went to buy boots at Foschini Menlyn and was treated with utter disrespect, was made to wait for over 20 min while people contineously told me they would come with the boots. When I wanted to see the manger I was pointed to one person to another. I am not sure if this is normal in your stores but I don't get treated that way and have my time wasted when a person can simply say we do not want to help you go somewhere else. After all that they did not have my size.
