While shopping in Mr Price Home Cresta we were robbed and had NO help from the staff members. I am completely appalled. I realised my child's nappy bag containing our wallets and phones was seconds after putting it down to reach for an item off the shelf. I immediately ran to the door of the store and asked the staff to close the doors. The staff did NOTHING! I must have asked in a frantic panic 5 times for them to close the stores doors and they all just stared at me and did nothing. My husband eventually screamed on the top of his lungs that we were just robbed and even that didn't deter the staff members, the only help we got was from one of the customers in the store. When we asked to see the surveillance tapes and the staff members didn't even know how to use the system. I am so horrified that "SERVICE" no longer exists in a retail business, if you value your belongings DONT go to this store, you'll get no assistance from any of the staff members. It is not safe!!!
