Today I went to foschini and unfortunately my phone was taken from my pocket, after discovering this I approached a staff member and made her aware of what happened I received no response or assistance, I was simply told that there was no cameras in-store. I asked if I could phone from the shop or if anyone could help and I was simply told no... I know that you cannot take any responsibility fir the loss of the phone but I expected better service from your staff.. I was really disappointed at the cold heartless nature that I was treated with.
