I'm sickened by what I saw today in game george, if two pensioners go and buy a pc for there business and from the start it have critical errors turns off and crashes, bought on 8may 2013, taken back 28th may 2013 and told it will be sent away for 21days atleast to be assesed that is not good enough how must business run? Within 20days its returned and this attitude? they were told within 3months if there is a problem they can return it for a new unit, so if its games policy to hustle customers great, I now would like a replacement unit or a full refund, consumer act, should agree 20days and computer never works? I'm disgusted to say the least at lack of help towards my grandparents, and want this resolved!
