Recently (last 4 weeks) I spent around R20 000 at Game Klerksdorp and Game Potchefstroom. This included a Trailer and a Fridge.
The problem with the trailer was that they sold the trailer without papers! We had to wait to register the trailer on our name. Turns out there was trailers also from the store in Potchefstroom and the registration papers were lost.
Then yesterday we bought a Bosch fridge from Klerksdorp shop. Delivery was scheduled for today. This morning nothing happened. I phoned the store, and was informed that our fridge was dropped and badly damaged. Also I was then informed that they were delivering the demo unit from the floor! I bought a NEW unit. I then went to the store and was informed there are units in the store and they will deliver before 3 o'clock. At 15h20 I phoned them again, upon which I was informed that there are no units available in their shop and they are getting one from Mafikeng. The never end.
I am at a point where I feel to return ALL the items and go to another dealer to get proper service!
Game should be ashamed at the way they treat customers!!!
