Have you ever gone through a bad case x2, this is the second time this has happened. The first time I put a complaint through there head office and it happens again.. I did my shopping in the mall and wanted to purchase my son's winter wardrobe but to my dismay, security told me I am not allowed to go into there store with my trolley and that I need to put my goods in my car and come back without the trolley, so why the are they part of this mall. The only store I have encountered this response. Security did not even offer that they keep my trolley at a secure area in shop while I do my shopping, he wanted me just to leave the store. Previous occasion I was called and apologies were made and that this will never happen again. What a load of .. If they have issues of do not label all customer with this... why do you need our money then... disgusted...
