No delivery of goods paid for!

Firstly Nadine was supposed to call back on Friday with regards to a fridge which I wished to purchase, she did not and also went home without so much as a courtesy call. I called on Saturday and spoke to Ashley, he told me to do an EFT for the fridge I wanted and send the proof payment to Shaun and they would deliver on Monday as agreed. Ashley said that he had spoken with Shaun and gave me a reference number to use on the payment. On Monday Shaun said the proof of payment does not count and he needs to wait for the funds to clear in their account. I have no idea why I was told that they needed proof of payment if this was the case! Shaun promised that he would deliver on Tuesday (1 Oct), we called him during the day and he confirmed again. It is now 07:00pm and my fridge still is not delivered!!! This is absolutely terrible service from what was thought to be an honest professional business. I have been greatly inconvenienced as I have moved into a new flat in a new city and have been without a fridge
