Incredible Connection
Waiting for replacement long enough

Hi, I took back my BenQ projector to klerksdorp a month ago - 2013/04/20, up to now i havent received it back or a new one.
I spoke to a person at Klerksdorp branch and they told me that they will be giving me a new one, but since that it has been more than a week, and they said that they are waiting for stock from another branch and cant say when it would come.
Can i please have my money back or get a new one as soon as possible?
