I took my 135 BMW to Klerksdorp branch on the 31st of October 2013 to replace the alternator drive belt. It is now more than two weeks and the car is still not repaired, they are using the excuse of waiting for the part. Surely an overnight courier could have been used to transport the belt from Johannesburg to Klerksdorp! I am excrutiatingly flabergusted by this and need Klerksdorp leadership to be taken to task for failing to managing their poor performing staff.
I have been trapped in North West Province for two weeks now and there is no way I will recover loss of my income from Johannesburg.
BMW Klerksdorp is my worst nightmare that I have encountered in my entire life.
