After three visits to the Grove branch of Incredible Connection, the replacement of the Verbatim 3tb external hard drive has still not occurred. The first visit occurred on Sunday, 19 May 2013, but no stock was available, but promising to order which was ordered. I was promised the replacement will be at the branch on Wednesday. Yet, it seems it was never ordered. I was promised again that an available replacement will be at the branch on Thursday, which didn't happen either
I've not received any calls regarding the product replacement, nor willing to waste my time visiting again to have the same arguments. The after service received is pathetic to say the least and there is a perception that selling a defective product and replacing it is not a concern to IC.
