Received very bad service after i reported my damage lounge suite i bought in October last year. I was promised a replacement suite however still waiting with no feedback at all. I did report the matter with Bradlows Customer service with no luck at all. However i get daily calls about my account that's in areas as i decided to stop payment until it get replace. I also told the telesales person why i don't pay any more with the hope that someone will revert back to me with no luck at all. I also in the Customer Service Industry and this totally unacceptable. I know that companies reputation get ruined due to incompetent staff and lack of support from management. So please this is the last call for help and acknowledgement of such bad service.
