I purchased a lounge suite from Bradlows in June and asked that they keep it for me until August. Last weekend went to finalized delivery on Saturday, the old managed agreed today when delivery was due, the new manager calls me telling me that I haven't paid and he knows nothing of my goods. Thabile calls me saying I should leave my meeting half way across town and BRING those receipts. I told them I can't just drop everything and come they ignored me the whole day when I had arranged someone to be at home. At 4:00pm I go to the store and the Manager laughed in my face saying he does not owe me any apology and I should relax. I asked about the cancelling procedure- he says he won't tell me.
I want nothing to do with Bradlows! your staff is disgustingly rude!
