On Saturday 15/06/13, I went to Woolworths East London, I had bought a Coat in April and it has fleece all over. A gentleman who didnt have a name tag but i suspect he is at Managerial level came to me and said there is nothin wrong with the Coat, i am just rubbing it off against something, i asked him against what. He continued to say its just fluff they will not take it back. I said the coat is not supposed to last for 2 months and i never had such a problem before. He said i should come some other day when someone else is in, and i asked who, he said Ashley on the same breath he said he will look for him at the back. I stood there for almost 10 minutes with no sign of him or Ashley. I walked out of the Store. After logging a call with head office i received a call on tuesday from a lady in EL, who said "i am sorry Ma'm but we will not be able to take the coat as it is not bad quality but you are probably wearing somethin on top of it, i asked if its possible to wear something else on top of the coat, she said sorry ma'm but we wont take it. PS, head office advised policy is, they will take it for assessment and feedback to me, and they never did at this store.
