Wrong strength drug was given by the pharmacy for the 2nd month in a row. First month I went back and they swapped it for the correct strength without any problem and the pharmacist lady did so with a smile on her face and apologised for the inconvenience. It happened again this month, went back to Dischem in Century City and the pharmacist refused to swap the item for the correct strength and had extremely bad attitude with no regard for customer service. He said I didn't have proof that it was a different strength, I told him to check on the system that they had given the correct strength the previous month and also showed the previous month's correct strength packaging, and he was still not prepared to budge, saying that whoever was the previous pharmacist was wrong in giving the CORRECT item, which is absolutely ridiculous! I am now fuming because I have had to go to Canal Walk twice to Dischem, and still have the wrong item, for which I have paid! I expect a response ASAP!
