My daughter arranged flowers from the UK online for my birthday. As I do not want to embarrass her and ask her, I am assuming she ordered the bunch of Rainbow of Joy. Looking at the picture it is lovely, a few roses, lilies and other pretty flowers. My bunch arrived half wilted, dreary colours and altogether uninspiring.
When she called on Skype she asked me to show her the flowers and was bitterly disappointed. In order not to make her feel worse, I said "no, they are fine". However, I was very disappointed - I have never received such an uninspired bunch of flowers.
It is very unfair to the person ordering online as usually the recipient does not want to say that the flowers were not nice.
I believe my daughter should be reimbursed as the bunch of flowers was not good at all.
