RNCS has been debiting my Edgars account for /- a year now, to a cell no that has not been in use for over a year. I call them every month to resolve this. I also requested that I be re-imbursed. I spoke to the following.call centre agents Thabeqo, Pauline, Thandie, got no where. I then spoke to the supervisor Njabulo, still NOTHING.To date no one has come back to me regarding this. In desperation I called Edgars last month requesting their assistance in resolving this issue once and for all. Spoke to Dwayne, he promised he will resolve it. To date nothings happened. This month my account is debited again.
