I logged a complaint a few weeks ago regarding a mouldy sandwich that I had bought from the Pick n Pay at the Crescent in Umhlanga. One of the senior managers did call me however he said that his secretary would call me to send me an apology letter and vouchers however no one since has contacted me!!! Please sort this out urgently. The service is getting from bad to worse.
