I have been on four different occasions on three different days to three different Pick n Pay stores in the Western Cape to try to buy the iTunes vouchers they have displayed.
On every occasion I had to leave the store empty handed as their IT systems are unable to sell these items. I went from the tills to customer service and to the managers office to try and get this done but it seems like it's impossible.
I believe Pick n Pay should remove these items from the shelves until they are actually able to sell them. I also believe that Apple should find a better partner with better systems to sell their vouchers. I am aware you can buy them online but when giving a gift it is nicer if you can give someone a gift card rather than an electronic item.
I have now given up trying to buy these from Pick n Pay and have just bought a cd from Musica.
Come on Apple, don't be so stupid as to partner with Pick n Pay, rather partner with Woolies or some one smarter.
