Bad Service should die

I just bought pack of cheese that is on special, Clover Processed Cheese. as i was making my sandwich at work i discovered that it had gone bad although the BB date is 19-04-2014. as i approached the two managers and excused myself they proceeded to speak amongst themselves. i waited only to encounter a million questions about how i know its gone bad? it smelt worse then my running shoes. They suggested that since its not mouldy its not off. Even saying that its meant to smell bad since its Preservative free. Suggested that I'm not used to cheese at one point i had to say i'm no stranger to cheese. I buy this Brand regularly. At home my fridge has Tussers, feta and processed cheese and I'm paying for not having time to make a sandwich in the morning. in general their service is the worst. and yet your company as a whole is great except Carlton centre. The Staff never greets, if there is a problem with an Item while paying you fetch it yourself. long queues when there are closed tills. I'm still waiting for the day i come back happy. I wanted to exchange but ended up refunding, Still hungry. Improve this place. its a bad representation of Pick 'n Pay.
