I bought a Baccarat Plunger from @Home, Vredenburg, Vredenburg Mall. The plunger broke an I took it back. I ask for either my money back or a replacement. That was on the 18/04/2013. Eloiwco (staff member) told me that I have to wait for - 10 days. On a weekly basis I went to Vredenburg, every time the same story - will checked and will phone me! Never never phone - me always a story. I went again today all the way from Langebaan to Vredenburg and asked for either my money or a replacement. I spoke to Olivia and she phone the area manager, EILEEN DUNN 0780993802 but still without any luck. According to Olivia hopefully the plunger (part) will be in Vredenburg on Friday if it is on the truck!! My word!!! Could you please see if you can do something about this.
