I've bought a R 18, 000.00 Scott bicycle with a faulty shock from Ahmed at Cajees Strubens Valley. They sent the bicycle to Probike four times and it kept coming back faulty.
This resulted in a lot of riding down time and they refused to just swap it out with one of their own.
When I started throuwing my toys out the kot they "oredered" one from Scott on a seven week waiting period.
After seven week they showed me a broken shock and said that it came fault from Scott.
They then booked the bike again and after a week phoned I went to fetch it.
They assured me that the new shock was fitted but the didn't know that I carefully marked the old one.
When I caught Ahmed out doing this he got very upset and refused to speak to me any further.
I'm now trying to see I can deal with Probike themselves instead.
