Cajees - Rip off

Took my Diamondback and my wife's Scott in on 18 Dec 2013 (Slip 107505) for a minor service.

Came to fetch the bikes today 20 Dec 2013. Rayhaan wheels the Scott out and it hasn't even been washed. He said to come back in the new year and he will have it washed.

How was the service performed if the parts were not cleaned beforehand? Did they just spread lube over dirty parts?
