My daughter and I recently experienced an incident of a sensitive and delicate nature at Pick 'n Pay Longbeach Mall by a third party service provider to Pick 'n Pay.
Regional Customer Service Manager, Olfa Solomon, took my complaint very seriously and made the time to meet with me to discuss the process and outcome of how the matter had been handled by both Pick 'n Pay and the third party service provider.
I am really impressed with the professional way in which my complaint was handled. In light of service delivery being mostly abysmal in this country, it was such a pleasure to deal with the likes of Pick 'n Pay and Olfa.
Olfa came across as a warm, friendly and caring individual. She truly is a great ambassador for Pick 'n Pay and they are lucky to have her on their team.
