I'd like to compliment Dionwired online and in particular one of the employees, Unathi Mbuli, for the excellent service she provided me last week.
I ordered a product online. On enquiry, Ms Mbuli took my call and in a very professional manner told me that she would find out and come back to me. I thought this was one of the I will get back to you "never" situations. However, She phoned back within an hour and told me that the entire country was out of stock, but that her managers are working on a solution. She promised to phone me back before the end of the day with an answer. She tried to call me and send me an email with the specifications and pictures of the replacement product. She phoned me to enquire whether I have seen the email, which I have not at that stage. She informed me of the replacement product as well as delivery detail. The replacement product was an upgrade from the one I have ordered with the latest technology and functionalities.
Such a commitment to great customer service and the professional manner of Ms Mbuli is to be commended.
