I took my kids Winter shopping at Jet today in West Street. The lack of staff was appalling. On the floor there is no one to help you, there are long Sticks for you to get your own clothing on Higher rails. It was such a mission for me to get the clothes high up as Im not a tall person. There are quite a few of us who were struggling. After eventually getting the kids clothes, we headed for the paypoint. There were two lines One of them had one cashier and the there was 19 people in that line the other line had 27 people in the line and only two cashiers.
How ridiculous is that, It is a weekend and Month end. I spent over R2000 in the shop and I paid cash. I do not expect this kind of service. Definitely the last time we going shopping at Jet. I am going to try HUb across the road or Mr Price not too far. You would think you guys make giving you our money easier for us.
I did not expect to spend close to an hour in a line waiting to pay for goods.
