We bought an external harddrive and used it 2 weeks after we bought it only.when we put in the cable, it shifted inside and broke.my husband took it back and they sent it off for repairs.we fgot an sms on tues to collect our harddrive, but got there and it was not repaired and in a worse condition.they broke our power supply and blamed us! we called the manageres, Charmaine, and she was rude and sarcastic! even her manager was rude and refused to give our money back! game's service and promises are all and pathetic!
