I tried to use eazi coupons at the till. Firstly the cashier had no idea what I was talking about or how to do it, although there is a huge poster on the wall advertising it. She called someone to assist her and tried it 3 times but it kept declining. No one could offer any assistance and they also refused to give me the discounts manually.
This is unacceptable and I am very dissappointed because I was very keen to try it. Besides this I bought specific products which I have overpaid for now. What can you do to rectify this?
