I walked into Game in Eikestad Mall in Stellenbosch an hour ago to buy a harddrive for a friend of mine (R1399). I stood around for 10 minutes along with a few other people I could also see who was also looking around for someone to help them.
So I see 4 employees standing 5 meters from me watching a rugby game on the wall of TV's. I walked over to them and asked the one guy if he can come and help me. His reply... Sorry sir I can only sell TV's' REALLY??
He offered to page the single guy in the whole shop that could help me with a Harddrive. If he did I don't know because after another 5 minutes I took my business elsewhere.
I stopped buying from game years ago because of bad service and was doing a friend a favour to go buy this item for him.
Thank you Game for reminding me to still stay away. I appreciate the update.
