Someone spent R2500.00 on my RCS card.
a persons identity is to be verified when paying with an RCS card, and clearly this wasnt done!!!
i phoned the regional manager, his name escapes me now, "dont worry bud, i wont dissapoint, i will get back to you" HE TELLS ME
2 WEEKS HAVE PASSED, he now no longer takes my call!!!
IF SKIPPER BAR LAKESIDE MALL HAD VERIFIED THE IDENTITY OF THE PERSON WHO WAS SWIPING THE CARD, I WOULD NOT NOW HAVE TO GO THROUGH ALL THESE ISSUES!!! UNETHICAL!!!
