I purchased Padlangs vouchers for my college on a site where you can purchase numerous food etc. vouchers for yourself or as gifts. As the vouchers expired on the 1st of February she went yesterday. The guy in charge refused to let her use the vouchers as her name was not on the vouchers. After she said that it was a gift he still refused to let her use the voucher and got saying that if they were Woolworths then she wouldn't be allowed the voucher. When she told him she was going to complain he said "Go ahead". She also mentioned the service was shocking and they found hairs in their salad. All of us at work are returning these vouchers we have and are strongly recommending all our friends not to go there. Really shocking service, especially since they drove all the way from PE just to go eat there.
