I love shoppingg at PnP but after my recent experience I am starting to reconsider. I bought 2kg Sunlight 2 in 1 about a month ago on a special they were running where you got a free 1kg Omo. On the day I went to the store they had run out of the free 1kg Omo and I was advised by the staff to write down my details and someone will be contacted once stock arrives. Nothing has happened thus far and every time I enquiry they tell me they dont have stock yet and someone will call me. I dont understand how such a big retailer could go for nearly a month without a product in stock while other stores within a 4km radius have stock. Why did they advertise the special when they didnt have enough stock? I am willing to return the Sunlight for my money back because at the rate at which things are going it will be a while before I see my freebie and then i would have lost out. But for now I think I will rather buy at Checkers because their specials are for real and they do go the extra mile to ensure that I do get what I want.
