This morning around 9:15 I was in the above mentioned jet stores, when I went in I was not greeted, after spending much time looking for the appropriate size in a certain item, I had to ask a person for help, he was on the floor close to me, he saw I was struggling but never asked if I needed any assistance, he then went to the same place I just looked, and searched for about 3min for the item there, right after I asked him if they did not have the specific size in the storeroom. After he eventually came back, I demanded someone else help me, the security guard came to assist me, I was astonished, because all the other staff was sitting right there at the tills, laughing and talking.By then I was furious because none of them even attempted to help me, eventuallu a lady named (moiponi) came to ask what the problem was, itold her that there is no staff on the floor, and the ones that were there doesn't have a clue what their doing, I asked her to phone the other branch in bhm to find out if they had the size I was looking for. Her excuse for the bad service was (we are in a meeting) 9:15? In the front of shop laughing and talking?
