My Fiancee was wanting to buy a printer and we saw there was a few specials at Game, but when we got there I needed to check a few specs. Normally I have a problem waiting and trying to find someone who can help with my requests becuase all their staff is busy and the same went for this day.
In walks Mr Botha and starts helping me in a very knowledgeable way. Every question was met either with an answer or helpful opinion. I asked for a certain feature on the printer (wi-fi connections) which this printer did not have, however he quickly checked stocks and found the printer we were looking for would come on special the next week (an upgrade to the one we were already looking at). We bought the printer when it came on special which saved us quite a bit of money and trouble.
His service was great and he put up with a talkative and picky customer in a brilliant way letting me walk away feeling like a winner. Knowing there are two Botha's, it was not Dominic, but rather? Donique? (Sorry, i really can't remember the spelling). You need to hire more like him.
